Biscuit-couvercle est une calotte ronde et moelleuse qui maintient le café au chaud pendant que son ventre rebondi s’imbibe de café. Ce biscuit fait référence au « canard » que l’on aime tremper dans sa tasse.
Ingrédients: biscuit à la noisette surmonté d’un cube de sablé.

« Biscuit-couvercle » is a round, soft dome which keeps the coffee warm while its belly becomes saturated with coffee. This biscuit makes reference to the sugar cubes that people like to dunk in their cup.
Ingredients: hazelnut biscuit topped by a cube of shortbread.
